Summing up what McConnell & Associates (MAC) does in a few words in limited space is not an easy feat. The company is the Midwest’s go-to for all things related to sports surfaces and pavement. MAC works with several types of organizations, one of them being commercial properties. When they advertised in an online publication targeted to commercial real estate, their message had to be two-fold: their services improved the look of a property’s grounds and helped management protect their investments. It’s all about curb appeal to attract and retain residents, so that became the primary message with MAC’s tag line “Wherever you walk, park or play” being secondary to show comprehensiveness.
