Ashley Tebbe Promoted to Senior Art Director

We’re excited to announce Ashley Tebbe’s new role at EAG Advertising & Marketing as senior art director. Over her soon-to-be seven years with us, Ashley has collaborated with clients, fellow creative team members and account managers to both visually create how a brand is represented, as well as take established brands to a new creative level with user experience and accessibility in mind. She has impressed our B2B, B2C and nonprofit clients with her approach to taking projects from vague concept to flawless production in both traditional and digital campaigns.

As our senior art director, Ashley will continue designing award-winning, innovative and successful creative work. Our clients will still benefit from having her in the room, brainstorming how to translate their business and goals to inspired ads across a variety of marketing channels. However, Ashley now steers our creative and account teams toward new innovations in user experience and best practices regarding accessibility. She has always taken the initiative to do so, and this promotion officially recognizes those self-driven efforts, which in the end helps our clients’ campaigns stand out among their competitors. Michele Markham, president and CEO of EAG Advertising & Marketing, explains, “Ashley designs with a laser focus on intent and purpose, which endears her to both our clients and her coworkers. She has this innate ability to listen to what the client wants, and equally important, to what the clients’ clients need and expect. She takes all this in and designs stunning and effective creative work, whether it’s an entire web site, print ad or digital ad. Considering her ongoing quest to discover what’s new and what’s actually effective, this well-earned promotion reflects the value she brings to our creative team.”

Years ago, Ashley joined the Kansas City chapter of AIGA because she wanted to be surrounded with some of the best designers in town and to help fill the gaps in community support. Over time, her purpose with AIGA evolved to cultivating and supporting the ideas and dreams of those around her. Knowing how this group cultivated her natural curiosity and stoked her creative design evolution, she went from member to the chapter’s president-elect.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with small businesses every day—the challenges and the variety of work are unique to our agency and a testament to the value we provide. It’s a privilege to work with a team of dedicated professionals and to help businesses shape their brand in a manner that marries design and accessibility,” Ashley says. “Good design puts people first, and I’m excited to help lead the creative work at EAG, where those values align.”
