Ad Agency Puts Down Permanent Roots in the Crossroads Arts District

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 31, 2017) – – EAG Advertising & Marketing (EAG), closed on the purchase of its commercial office space at Freight House Loft Condominiums, located at 2029 Wyandotte. EAG has occupied the first floor space since July 2014. Terms of the sale between EAG’s real estate holding arm, Jersey Holdings, and the seller Freight House Lofts, 2029 Wyandotte, are not disclosed.

EAG’s purchase of 6,300 sq. ft. commercial space in the primarily residential property is a continuing trend of integrating living and working environments. Shared parking and amenities creates work-life balance for both commercial occupants and residents.
