Our client base has grown substantially beyond Kansas City and we are in need of talented individuals to support our growth in digital media and marketing. We have several needs and will craft a position to fit the skills of the best candidate(s). We may fill one or more positions depending on the candidate’s skills and our immediate needs.
Our new team member(s) will manage or execute digital marketing plans for our small business clients including search optimization, paid search, lead generation, content implementation, website development to support search and much more.
If you are the right person, you will work collaboratively with our team of graphic designers, digital experts, and account staff to lead us in the execution of projects from concept to completion, with a focus on managing customer satisfaction and generating digital traffic to our clients.
We are looking for digital marketing junkies who can talk-the-talk but can also walk-the-walk. Your organizational skills are as important as your knowledge of your specific discipline, whether that be SEO, PPC, UX or more.
Skills & Experience
The appropriate individual(s) joining our digital department will have demonstrated experience in any number of disciplines including:
- Digital marketing strategies and plans that drive traffic, revenue and building of brand awareness for our clients
- Killer website knowledge including site development planning, project management, budgeting, UX and related activities
- Creating and understanding key metrics for site traffic and digital campaigns using contemporary tools and methods
- Creating and executing online marketing campaigns in the following areas: paid search marketing, display advertising, rich media, social media and other emerging internet marketing trends or technologies
- Management of online advertising and search campaigns in support of brand initiatives
- Assessing opportunities, research and monitoring competitive activities for clients
- And a lot more.
